DESCRIPTION:With MHI Facilitator support\, the Building Support session asks participants to think about possible problems\, both large and small\, that they will likely encounter as they make changes in their lives and work towards their goals. Participants consider how peer\, friend\, family\, and community support can help in resolving problems and overcoming barriers.
