They will review the recipe before starting\, gather and prepare ingredients\, follow recipe steps\, and clean up directions. Participants will get to taste their finished product. This will enable the individual to be better equipped for independently using their knife skills and the microwave to prepare a dessert and how to relate their interests in cooking to future employment opportunities.
