DESCRIPTION:Participants will meet MHI staff at Natural Living Co-op & Vegan Café for lunch. The owner\, Lisa\, is a certified Raw food chef\, life coach\, and Raw nutritional councilor who has studied alternative approaches and herbs for over 25 years. Participants will enjoy the opportunity to eat at a small business specializing in allergen-free foods. For easier accessibility in the Historic District\, use the parking lot at 3rd and Michigan and enter through the back of the building. Participants will enjoy a healthy lunch\, interact with their peers out in the community\, while having the opportunity to support local gardeners and farmers.
